Jordan's first-ever vinyl pressing plant to launch in Amman

Makbas Records is leading a project to open Jordan's first vinyl pressing plant, which will be based in Amman. The facility plans to press records for artists from the Middle East and North Africa as well as from further afield. Its stated aim is to help musicians avoid the rising cost of shipping physical releases around the world.
