Bass Royalty: The Current Top 5 DJs on DJ Radar

Bass music has never been a single sound, and the current DJ Radar Top 5 proves it. Our credit ranking blends streaming numbers, social reach and live performance into one figure, and right now it tells a story of dubstep firepower colliding with the enduring weight of UK drum & bass. These are not just trending names; they are the artists our community keeps pushing forward, vote after vote.

Leading the pack is Skrillex (US), the dubstep figurehead, topping the chart with a credit score of 874 and a commanding 11,430 votes. Behind him, the UK answers in force. Sub Focus (GB) sits at number two on a score of 815 and 7,871 votes, his drum & bass craft as sharp as ever. Chase & Status (GB) land at number three, scoring 771 from 7,403 votes, carrying the genre's mainstage energy.

Dubstep returns at number four with ILLENIUM (US), whose melodic approach earns a score of 762 and a strong 8,196 votes. Rounding out the five is jungle and drum & bass pioneer Shy FX (GB), holding firm with a score of 744 and 7,163 votes. Three D&B acts and two dubstep heavyweights in one list is a fair snapshot of where bass culture stands today.

What the ranking really reflects is momentum: streams, reach and rooms full of people who showed up. Numbers shift week to week, and your vote moves them.
