Top 3 DJs in Colombia: Kamilo Sanclemente Leads by 203 Votes
By Sasha VolkovยทNovember 2, 2026
Colombia's Top 3 by fan vote isn't a one-genre story. Melodic house and techno, house, and techno each take one place on the podium. The order they finish in tells you as much about how fans vote as it does about platform reach.
Kamilo Sanclemente leads
Kamilo Sanclemente is first with 6,102 votes, 203 ahead of second place. Sanclemente also has the highest credit score of the three, 796, so this isn't a case of fan enthusiasm getting ahead of the rest of the profile.
The strength here is balance. Sanclemente has data on more platforms than either rival: 82,412 Spotify monthly listeners and 27,997 Spotify followers, 32,250 on SoundCloud, 50,531 on Instagram, 15,466 Last.fm listeners, 1,701 Resident Advisor followers and 1,091 on Mixcloud. Sanclemente doesn't top every column, and several of those numbers are beaten elsewhere on this podium. Taken together, though, they show a Melodic House & Techno artist with steady reach across platforms. That kind of breadth tends to show up when the votes are counted.
Junior Caldera holds the middle
Junior Caldera is second with 5,899 votes and a credit score of 769, the only house artist on the podium.
In our data, Caldera is tracked on Spotify and Last.fm only: 701,056 Spotify monthly listeners, 9,155 Spotify followers and 115,616 Last.fm listeners. The listener figure is very far from the follower count, and a gap like that calls for caution, not a headline. The vote total is the more reliable number. Caldera finished 434 votes ahead of third place, which keeps house in the middle of this podium.
Mario Ochoa: third place, strong numbers
Mario Ochoa completes the Top 3 with 5,465 votes, but the rest of the profile makes a case for a higher finish.
Start with the credit score. Ochoa's 772 is three points above Caldera's 769, a real near-tie that runs against the vote order. Then look at the platforms. Ochoa has the largest Spotify following of the three at 33,512. Ochoa also beats Sanclemente on SoundCloud (62,765 to 32,250), Resident Advisor (4,211 to 1,701), Mixcloud (1,829 to 1,091), Last.fm (45,572 to 15,466) and Spotify monthly listeners (105,612 to 82,412).
For a Techno act, 4,211 Resident Advisor followers is the largest RA following on this podium. In this ranking, it didn't turn into first place.
Reading the gaps
First to third covers 637 votes: 203 between Sanclemente and Caldera, and 434 between Caldera and Ochoa. The places are clearly separated, but nobody has run away with it. The result suggests this ranking rewards fans who turn out to vote more than it rewards follower totals. Sanclemente trails Ochoa on several platforms but leads the vote. Ochoa leads on those platforms but finishes third.
That tension is what a fan-voted chart is for. Reach measures who is listening. Votes measure who shows up.
Three genres, one podium
The bigger picture is the genre split. Melodic, house and techno each hold one place, so the top of Colombia's fan vote doesn't belong to one sound. Melodic listeners, house fans and techno fans can each find their pick in the Top 3.
With 637 votes covering the whole podium, the order isn't fixed. Ochoa has the platform numbers to move up, Caldera is 203 votes from the top, and Sanclemente has the most complete profile of the three. Whether this order holds depends on the votes.
