Top 3 DJs in AL: Techno Leads an Albanian Scene Pulling in Three Directions
By Theo Lindqvist·July 28, 2026
Albania's Top 3 doesn't tell one story — it tells three. A techno artist at the summit, a drum & bass act close behind, and a dance-pop crossover figure rounding out the podium. Few national rankings on DJ Radar split so cleanly across genre families, and that spread says as much about the Albanian scene as the scores themselves.
The top of the table
Solo takes the #1 spot with a credit score of 750, backed by 6,338 votes — the largest voting bloc of the three. The streaming picture supports the ranking: 2,591,350 Spotify monthly listeners and 1,157,312 Spotify followers, plus 72,410 listeners on Last.fm. That's a profile with genuine reach beyond the club circuit, and it lands techno at the head of the Albanian table.
Stealth sits at #2 on 690 — a 60-point gap to the leader, close enough to matter but not a coin flip. The drum & bass act drew 5,953 votes, only a few hundred shy of Solo's tally, which suggests the fanbases are more evenly matched than the score gap implies. Stealth's platform numbers are solid across the board: 453,996 Spotify monthly listeners, 152,414 Spotify followers, 82,942 Last.fm listeners — notably the highest Last.fm figure in this Top 3 — and 1,195 followers on Resident Advisor, again the strongest RA presence here. Where Solo wins on raw streaming scale, Stealth holds its own with the heads.
The commercial wildcard
Alban Chela completes the podium at #3 with a credit score of 526. The gap to second place is substantial — 164 points — and the vote count reflects it: 1,902 votes against the five-figure-adjacent tallies above him. But Chela's profile is built differently. Operating in dance and pop territory, his footprint skews social: 92,587 Instagram followers, alongside 46,941 Last.fm listeners and 1,243 on SoundCloud. That's an audience that engages through feeds rather than festival forums, and it's enough to keep a commercial act on a podium otherwise owned by underground genres.
What the ranking says about AL
The shape of this Top 3 is the real headline. Techno and bass music command the votes — together, Solo and Stealth account for over 12,000 of them — while the commercial lane trails on score but survives on visibility. The tight vote race between the top two (6,338 to 5,953) hints that Albania's underground factions are energised and organised, even as the credit scores separate them more decisively.
If there's a battle worth watching, it's at the top. A 60-point margin is defensible territory for Solo, but Stealth's vote total and Last.fm strength suggest a fanbase capable of closing it. Chela, meanwhile, plays a different game entirely — one measured in Instagram reach rather than club-circuit clout.
Three acts, three genre families, three routes to a podium. However the next cycle shakes out, Albania's ranking is anything but monochrome.
