Top 10 DJs in Venezuela: Zardonic Leads a Bass-Heavy Countdown
By Renata Alves·July 20, 2026
Venezuela's electronic scene has never fit neatly into one lane, and this fan-voted Top 10 proves it. Across ten names you get drum & bass, house, hard dance, deep house, dubstep and a broad electronica contingent — a spread that says more about the country's producers than any single genre trophy could.
A clear number one
Zardonic sits at the top with 6,371 votes, and it isn't close. His drum & bass profile is the most complete on the list from top to bottom: 223,733 Spotify monthly listeners, 85,857 followers there, plus 106,011 Last.fm listeners and a footprint across SoundCloud, Instagram and Mixcloud. When the fan vote and the streaming numbers point the same direction this emphatically, the ranking reads less like a popularity contest and more like a coronation.
Behind him, Cardopusher takes second on 4,904 votes, flying the flag for house with a credit score of 718 that trails only Zardonic's 756. His strength is less about raw listenership than reach across the right rooms — a Resident Advisor following and a healthy Instagram base suggest a DJ built for clubs rather than playlists.
The tightest race on the board
The real drama is at third. Zeta (hard dance) polled 4,465 votes; Argenis Brito (deep house) landed 4,438. That's a 27-vote gap — the kind of margin that could flip on a single busy weekend. It's worth noting the two got here differently. Zeta leans on a 21,768-strong Spotify follower count, while Argenis Brito carries the higher credit score of the pair at 678 and a festival count of 47, a touring résumé that few others here can match. Fans split almost evenly; the metrics don't.
The middle and the outliers
Subliminal Code holds fifth on 3,580 votes, keeping dubstep represented in the bass wing alongside Zardonic. From there the vote totals step down more steeply, and the profiles get harder to read on a single axis.
Djane Nany, sixth on 2,019 votes, is the only artist here listed as female, working in electronica. Her Instagram figure is an order of magnitude above everyone else's, and rather than lean on that lone number we'll take it at face value: the fan vote placed her firmly in the top half regardless.
Submarino and Nono Belune follow closely, separated by 170 votes, both flying under the electronica banner. Ninth-placed Lasso is a curious case — 1,450 votes in hard dance, paired with a Last.fm listener count of 141,812 that outstrips most of the field, a reminder that catalogue reach and live-vote enthusiasm don't always align. Linarez rounds out the ten on 1,395 votes.
What the ranking tells us
Two things stand out. First, bass music — Zardonic's drum & bass, Subliminal Code's dubstep — anchors the very top of a list that's otherwise dominated by the catch-all electronica tag lower down. Second, credit scores and vote counts don't move in lockstep: Argenis Brito out-credits Zeta yet sits below him, and the electronica cluster at the bottom shows respectable scores against thinner vote totals.
That's the nature of a fan vote. It rewards the artists who mobilised their audiences this cycle, and in Venezuela that meant a drum & bass veteran on top, a house craftsman in pursuit, and a hard-dance-versus-deep-house standoff decided by fewer votes than a single club night can hold.
