Shinnobu Leads CR's Top 3 With 5,577 Fan Votes
By Renata AlvesยทOctober 12, 2026
Fan votes decide this ranking, and in CR they've given a clear answer. Shinnobu finishes first with 5,577 votes, close to double the total of anyone else in the top three. House holds the top two places, and a psytrance artist fills the last one.
A clear leader
This race isn't close at the top. Shinnobu's 5,577 votes are 2,733 ahead of second place. That's a real mandate from voters, not a photo finish.
The rest of Shinnobu's profile supports the result. The act shows 89,423 Spotify monthly listeners, 16,808 Spotify followers and 8,619 Last.fm listeners. A YouTube channel at 332,000 subscribers rounds out the picture. Shinnobu also has the highest credit score of the three, at 710. Votes, streaming reach and credit score all point the same way, so the top spot looks earned.
House holds the top two
Second place goes to Shinobu Entsu, another house act, with 2,844 votes and a credit score of 518. Readers will notice the two names are spelled almost the same. Our data lists them as separate entries with separate numbers, and we report them that way.
Shinobu Entsu's platform numbers are uneven. The profile lists 7,780 YouTube subscribers and 429 Spotify followers. It also shows 20 Spotify monthly listeners and 7 SoundCloud followers. We wouldn't read much into those smaller figures, because collected platform data can contain artifacts. What we can say for sure is that 2,844 fans voted for this act, enough to take second place.
With the top two both listed as house, the genre has a strong position in this CR ranking. Voters here clearly turn out for the four-on-the-floor sound.
The psytrance outlier
Third place goes to Vince Blakk, the only act in the top three outside house. His main genre is psytrance. He finishes with 2,073 votes, 771 behind second place. That's the tighter of the two gaps in the countdown, but it's still not a near-tie.
His credit score is the most interesting number here. At 545, Vince Blakk scores higher than Shinobu Entsu's 518, yet he places below on fan votes. Since this list is ranked by votes, the order stands. Still, the credit score suggests his standing is stronger than third place implies.
His following is also spread across more platforms than either act above him. He has 1,750 TikTok followers, 1,440 YouTube subscribers, 1,153 SoundCloud followers, 968 Instagram followers, 451 Mixcloud followers and 163 Last.fm listeners. No single channel carries his profile. He has a smaller audience on each of many platforms, and for a psytrance artist that fits a scene that has long grown through mixes and word of mouth as much as streaming.
Reading the board
The countdown shows three things. First, Shinnobu leads clearly, with votes, streaming reach and credit score all in agreement. Second, house is the dominant genre in CR's fan voting and holds the top two places. Third, Vince Blakk's credit score tops the runner-up's, so third place may undersell him.
Fan votes reward the artists people actively turn out for. In CR right now, that's Shinnobu first, then everyone else. The more open contest is between second and third, and it should be worth watching in the next round of voting.
