Peru's Top 10 DJs by Fan Vote: Where 29 Ballots Decide the Middle
By Devon Pierce·July 14, 2026
The fan vote for Peru's Top 10 tells the story of a scene pulling in several directions at once — house at the top, bass and trance through the middle, and a broad "electronica" tail that still musters real numbers.
Leading the count is Lewis OfMan, whose 7,754 votes open a gap of nearly a thousand over the field. It's a House placement backed by the healthiest streaming footprint here, with 4,240,578 monthly Spotify listeners and 175,886 followers on the platform. On a ballot this competitive, that mix of reach and turnout is hard to argue with.
Second belongs to Sofia Kourtesis, the deep-house entry with 6,769 votes and, tellingly, the strongest Resident Advisor following in the top 10 at 20,714. That RA number points to the club and festival circuit rather than the streaming charts, framing Kourtesis as a DJ whose support is rooted in the floor.
The tightest contest on the whole list sits just below. Ammo Avenue (Tech House) takes third with 5,868 votes; Kayfex (Dubstep) follows with 5,839 — a margin of just 29 votes. That's close enough that a single busy weekend of voting could have flipped them. The two could hardly be more different in sound: Ammo Avenue leans on club-ready tech house, while Kayfex brings bass weight and the biggest TikTok presence in this bracket at 90,600 followers.
Another photo finish defines the next rung. DJ Towa, the sole trance representative, holds fifth with 4,957 votes, a slim 21 ahead of MONO's 4,936. MONO returns house to the conversation, and the pair are separated by less than the size of a small club crowd.
From there the totals step down more sharply. DJ Bryanflow lands seventh on 2,680 votes, filed under the broad "electronica" banner that dominates the back half of the list. Ronaldz (1,381) and Disorder Faith (1,284) follow, two electronica entries whose totals sit within a hundred votes of each other. Rounding out the ten is Maribel Tafur, a house selector with 1,112 votes and a festival appearance on the board.
A few themes emerge. House and its cousins — deep house, tech house — account for half the list and both of the top two spots, confirming four-to-the-floor as the scene's center of gravity. Yet the presence of dubstep, trance and a cluster of electronica acts shows a ballot that isn't monolithic. Genre diversity runs deeper here than the top line suggests.
It's also worth reading the numbers with care. Platform stats across these ten profiles swing wildly from one artist to the next, and the vote count — not any single follower figure — is what sets this order. Where a streaming or social number is missing, it simply wasn't captured; where one looks like an outlier, it's best treated as one. The ranking rewards turnout, and turnout is where the top of this list earns its position.
What the countdown captures is a scene with a clear commercial peak in Lewis OfMan and Sofia Kourtesis, a fiercely contested middle where 29 votes decide bragging rights, and a long, genre-spanning tail still fighting for every ballot. Scroll the cards below for the full order.
