Belarus on the Board: A Techno-Forward Scene Pushes Up the DJ Radar Rankings
By Renata Alves·June 26, 2026

Belarus has 36 DJs on the DJ Radar board, and the top of that list reads like a snapshot of a scene that refuses to settle on a single sound. Hard dance, dubstep, techno and electronica all sit inside the country's top eight, and the spread tells you something: this isn't a one-genre export. It's a network of distinct lanes, each with its own audience.
Lida sets the pace
At No. 1 is Lida, a hard dance artist with a credit score of 699 and 5,869 votes — the highest vote total in the country's top tier. The streaming footprint backs up the ranking: 710,555 monthly Spotify listeners, 513,579 Spotify followers and 21,000 YouTube subscribers. That's a reach well beyond a regional club circuit, and it makes Lida the clearest crossover story Belarus currently has on the board.
Right behind, at No. 2, is 9mice, working in dubstep with a credit score of 603 and 2,096 votes. The profile here is built on different rails — 225,000 Instagram followers and 53,190 on SoundCloud — pointing to an artist whose momentum runs through bass culture's social and upload-driven channels rather than the playlist economy.
A techno backbone
The middle of the list is where the scene's identity sharpens. Three of the top eight are techno acts. Cliche Morph lands at No. 3 with a 540 credit score and 1,577 votes, carrying 2,330 SoundCloud followers and a foothold on Resident Advisor with 524 followers. Neiroll sits at No. 5 (513, 1,448 votes), and Special Zip at No. 6 — and Special Zip is worth a closer look, because his 2,785 votes are the second-highest in the entire top eight, trailing only Lida. That vote count outpaces every act ranked above him except the No. 1, a reminder that the credit score and the crowd don't always move in lockstep.
That trio gives Belarus a genuine techno cluster rather than a lone standout. Different follower bases, different platforms, but a shared lane — exactly the kind of density that turns a country from a name on a chart into a scene with a reputation.
The electronica wing
Three electronica artists round out the eight. Katya Ocean, the highest-ranked woman on the Belarus board, comes in at No. 4 with a 515 credit score, 1,500 votes and 15,507 Instagram followers. Diffuzion follows at No. 7 (494, 1,328 votes), and TomZigota closes the group at No. 8 (455, 1,152 votes). It's a softer, more textural counterweight to the hard dance and techno up top — proof that the country's listeners support more than peak-time intensity.
What the numbers say
Look across the eight and a pattern emerges. The credit scores compress tightly from No. 3 down — 540, 515, 513, 508, 494, 455 — meaning the gap between fourth and eighth is narrow enough that a strong season could reshuffle the order. The two clear outliers are at the top: Lida and 9mice both pull away on raw audience size, while the techno and electronica acts compete on votes and credit in a far tighter band.
With 36 DJs charting in total, the eight profiled here are the visible edge of something deeper. The story isn't a single star — it's the balance: a hard-dance frontrunner, a dubstep social-media force, a real techno cluster, and an electronica wing holding its own. That's a scene with range, and range is what keeps a country climbing.
